Bandwidth Buzz - A One Stop Shop for Customer References

If you are thinking about adding a Bandwidth offering to your business and want to hear what customers have to say, we’ve got you covered.

We’ve compiled tons of letters from happy customers that can be found all over the walls in our office.  We haven’t done a great job of putting them all online…until now.

Visit www.BandwidthBuzz.com to read what customers are saying about us.  We’ll continue to add new references.  Thank you to all of our customers!

Phonebooth makes an impression with the Triangle Social Media Club

As discussed in our last blog post, @Phonebooth ventured out to Downtown Raleigh to meet some new friends.  We’ve made a slideshow for ease of viewing.

Thanks to all for attending and taking your photo with @phonebooth!

Triangle Social Media Club + Phonebooth = Photobooth

Thursday, December 10, 2009 from 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM @Phonebooth will be one of the proud sponsors of the Triangle Social Media Club (@smctriangle) Holiday Social at Edge Office (@edgeoffice) in downtown Raleigh.  Our very own @Phonebooth will be serving as a photobooth for the event.  We wanted to give all the attendees advance notice to allow them to come prepared with a creative pose.  Check out a few of our examples: MORE ->

There’s no “I” in Phonebooth, but there is in “win”

We had tons of entries and five lucky people will have a (red) iPod Nano arriving on their doorstep (once we have their addresses).

From @phonebooth:

Evidently giveaways are popular these days. It would be pretty expensive to ship myself to several locations, so I settled on shiny red iPod Nanos. I don’t have opposable thumbs and wasn’t allowed to keep one for myself. I’ll still continue to provide great value and features to small and medium sized businesses regardless of their ability to win free iPods.

One final note and then we’ll link you to the winners.  World AIDS Day was last week (@joinred) and a percentage of each (PRODUCT) RED Special Edition iPod purchase was donated to the Global Fund to fight AIDS in Africa.

The winners can be found on the Bandwidth Posterous page!

“New Guy” finds the culture (still looking for the bathroom)

My name is Chris, and I recently joined the team at Bandwidth. My job is to carry on a conversation with you through our blog, Twitter and other outlets, and I look forward to it. In my short time here, I have noticed that there is something different about this place: an eagerness and enthusiasm to improve the customer experience, the company and people, and our products.  As the official “new guy“, I’d like to share some of my early experiences: MORE ->

Santore tells a story: Joe, King of Ops

When I first arrived at Bandwidth.com, I found myself sitting in a lobby waiting for a job interview surrounded by pictures of people playing sports, skiing, and eating barbecue. While I was waiting, a young, well dressed individual walked up to me, looked me square in the eyes, gave me a firm hand shake, and introduced himself as Joe Campbell. MORE ->

The Frog in the Hat

In late 2008, Bandwidth.com became the primary sponsor of FreePBX.org and I was tasked with redesigning the website. Enter Tango, the Red Eyed Tree Frog and his many hats. MORE ->
