Auto Attendant provides incoming call handling and routing features that previously only large corporations with expensive PBX systems enjoyed. Files for the auto attendant can be of WAV 64k Ulaw Mono format. The handset can be used to record the outgoing message, if need be. Music on hold can be customized as well; however, it must be a WAV file that is equal to or less than 10 Megs.
