Dynamic IP

From Bandipedia

Dynamic IP

Each time a user establishes an internet connection, the ISP assigns that user an IP address from their ‘IP address pool’ for use during that connection or session. When the user disconnects from the internet, the ISP puts that IP address back in their ‘IP pool’ to be reassigned to another user at a later time.
