How do I set up a DNS Cache?

A DNS Cache is the simplest DNS service to establish. An excellent choice for a DNS Cache server for the Unix platform is DJBDNS. (http://cr.yp.to/djbdns.html) Servers also exist for the Windows environment and are typically convolved with Authoritative DNS servers.
