Packet loss
From Bandipedia
The percentage of packets sent that will be lost (out of 100%) in transmission. As with other metrics, carriers define a benchmark amount of packet loss for their network in a SLA. Packet loss is an indication of congestion on a network, so the level of packet loss defined by a carrier's SLA indicates the amount of congestion the carrier expects on their network.
