Previous Loop

From Bandipedia

If you own a local loop from your building to your LEC's CO, this can potentially speed up your installation. Be prepared to provide the CFA and a LOA for the loop during the installation process.

If, however, you simply notice a previous loop in your building from a prior installation, this will not neccesarily speed the installation process. Having a local loop in your building indicates that the LEC is more likely to have available facilities reaching your area, but does not save the LEC the work of identifying and assigning facilities between the CO and your location. What is in place is simply the last piece of the circuit which, while helpful, does not save the LEC any time during the installation process.
