Secondary Domain Name Service

Whether a carrier offers to host a clients domain names on their DNS servers. DNS hosting means that a carrier has a server that resolves requests for a customer's domain name to the appropriate IP address, or vice versa. The secondary DNS server is the server that acts as a backup server for a particular domain in case the primary server is not reachable.
