Rebecca Bottorff

CHIEF PEOPLE OFFICER AND DIRECTOR

Rebecca Bottorff is Bandwidth’s Chief People Officer and serves on the company’s Board of Directors. She brings a 30-year track record of enabling organizations to scale by building employer-of-choice cultures with highly engaged workforces.

As Chief People Officer, she is responsible for developing and directing the overall People Services (human resources) strategy for Bandwidth. She also oversees internal communications, Global Real Estate and facilities management, and the company’s corporate giving and community involvement program, Bandwidth Cares.

Before Bandwidth, Rebecca was founder and President of Venture Savvy Consulting Group, providing human resources and leadership expertise primarily to growing technology companies. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the executive team at Motricity (now Voltari), a publicly traded digital advertising company. Earlier, she was Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the executive team at then-public Konover Property Trust.

Rebecca holds a B.A in Sociology from the University of Cincinnati.
