Rebecca serves as the Chief People Officer at Bandwidth. She prides herself in being an unconventional People Services leader inspired by the team members she serves. She believes truly loving your people requires leading with backbone and heart. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati (Go Bearcats!), she specializes in creating attractive destination-employer work environments. In her spare time, she loves the mixology of bartending and can mix up a cocktail out of just about any ingredients you have on hand!
