Tricia McConnell is Bandwidth’s 911 Product Marketing Manager. She has more than twenty years of experience marketing technical solutions to a variety of audiences. To date, she’s dialed 911 only once, and hopes to use that experience to educate parents about the repercussions of allowing small children to play with a rotary dial telephone without supervision.
