#WellnessWednesday: June smoothie week recipes

Need a change to your smoothie routine? If you’re like me, once you get a favorite, you get stuck in a bit of a rut. So, we bring to you the June recipes from Smoothie Week at Bandwidth!
During Smoothie Week, Bandwidth employees get a chance to try these out. New recipes are posted in break rooms and ingredients are provided, so that everyone can partake. Our marketing interns were partial to the Strawberry-Banana-Blueberry Smoothie, but you be the judge. Both are delicious.

(Each recipe makes one serving, settings are for Vitamix blenders)
Strawberry-Banana-Blueberry Smoothie
- Handful of spinach
- 1 to 2 cups of vanilla almond milk (depends on consistency desired)
- Blend on setting 5
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries, bananas and blueberries
- Blend again on preferred setting for desired consistency
Strawberry-Blueberry-Cherry-Kale Smoothie
- 1 to 2 cups of water (depends on consistency desired)
- 1 cup of frozen strawberries, blueberries, cherries and kale
- Blend on setting 5
- 1 Tablespoon of vanilla Greek yogurt
- Blend again on preferred setting for desired consistency
