The Enterprise System Administrator (Netsuite) work focuses on support, configuration, and enhancement of an Enterprise application that is integrated with business processes/data and IT infrastructure (i.e., an “application system”).  This includes systems such as NetSuite, Salesforce, Workday, and Zendesk. Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

What You’ll Do:

  • Building, developing and extending application tables/forms/reports
  • Developing system processes and flows based on new or existing business processes
  • Integrating software, developing external interfaces, and maintaining technical documentation
  • Implementing small-medium sized projects with limited oversight from supervisor
  • Providing Tier 2 support to end-users and analysts
  • Responsible for maintaining requisite compliance certifications such as SOX/ISO, etc.
  • Troubleshooting and resolving testing issues

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years Administration or Implementation Consultant experience in reference system
  • Knowledge of System Administration, Searching/Reporting, Workflow Building, and Best Practices 
  • Ability to works independently with limited supervision. Self-starter with high attention to detail.
