Bandwidth is seeking a service-orientated HRIS Analyst (Workday) eager to roll up their sleeves and support our continued success.  We offer a dynamic and challenging environment in which you will apply your detail-oriented technical knowledge, aiding the continued growth, and adoption of our Workday platform in support of the assigned goals of the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Front line support for users
  • Customizing Business Processing
  • Assigning Security Groups/Roles
  • Creating and modifying reports and dashboards
  • Documenting customizations and processes
  • Working with internal customers and peers to understand problems and suggest solutions
  • Supporting audit requests as needed
  • Testing and reviewing regular service updates and Workday feature releases
  • Conduct regular data audits to ensure data integrity for all Workday inputs and outputs.

What You Need:

  • 1-4 Years of experience in an HRIS Analyst or System Administrator role supporting Workday
  • Prior experience supporting, designing, testing, and implementing solutions in areas of HCM, Recruiting, Advanced Compensation, Security, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management or Time Tracking
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Basic accounting knowledge
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable objectives and deliverables
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal & written)
  • Self-motivated and with the ability to work independently and in team environments.

Bonus Points:

  • 1+ years of experience assisting with full-lifecycle implementations in Workday
  • Workday Pro certification in any module
  • Experience in Human Resources/Payroll/Recruiting/Compensation
  • Experience with NetSuite, Salesforce, or Zendesk
