We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with a cloud computing and SaaS background to lead the continued development of Bandwidth’s BackOffice Enterprise Systems, NetSuite, and Workday.  A successful candidate will be analytical, a critical thinker, action, and results-oriented with the ability to identify and mitigate obstacles.

What You’ll Do:

  • Create clear written detailed requirements to lead platform projects with our delivery teams.  Have proven product skills needed to write clear stories, define acceptance criteria at sufficient detail for engineering, refine, collect and maintain reports on KPIs tied to product success and backlog investments
  • Gather information from internal customers, working with UX, other product owners, Sales, Marketing, and Operations to refine and advance our internal enterprise systems products to ensure user experience and business goals are met or exceeded. 
  • Develop and maintain deep relationships with internal customers to be able to gain valuable access to them for ideas and validating designs.
  • Define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities for our NetSuite and Workday platforms.  You’ll be responsible for their short to mid-term policy, strategy, and results.
  • Balance internal customers’ needs and desires with best practices to ensure our enterprise systems have a long lifespan and continue to bring the value the business demands.
  • Contribute to transforming the larger Enterprise Systems team into a more agile organization.
  • Collaborate with peer teams/leadership to ensure a consistent, positive,  product experience across all enterprise systems.

What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 3-5 years of product management/owner experience, preferably with similar enterprise cloud applications.
  • Certified Scrum Master or similar
  • Strong understanding of product specification, business case development, industry and competitive analysis with a passion for learning new technology
  • Action and results-oriented, able to communicate strategies and tactics, able to identify and mitigate obstacles
    • Experience managing cloud-based software products in an agile environment, particularly within enterprise SaaS applications
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and ability to multitask
    • Critical thinker and solution-oriented problem solver
    • A fearless, never-settle, attitude that will challenge the way we do things, and a refusal to accept the status quo; making us even better than we are today
    • Broad experience with software design and development technologies and methodologies
    • Commitment to personal development and balance; extracting a sense of achievement, enjoyment, pride and fulfillment from every business day

Bonus Points:

  • You have experience with NetSuite and/or Workday
  • You are a Certified Scrum Product Owner
