As the Sales Enablement Intern, you will play an instrumental part of the Sales Operations team by ensuring that the Sales organization is successful in delivering annual sales objectives. This role works closely with internal Bandwidth departments such as Sales, Finance, Billing, Marketing and Product to assist the Sales team in meeting their quarterly goals.

What You’ll Do:

  • Determine and drive new strategic processes from creation to implementation across the Sales Organization while working closely with key stakeholders including: Sales Leaders, Marketing Ops, Sales Ops, Business Ops, Customer Ops, and Product. This is including but not limited to: automating existing processes, removing admin work from Reps, and maintaining a feedback loop to continually improve the day to day of a Sales Rep.
  • Ensure that the sales organization is well-equipped with the content and knowledge of all products and processes to most effectively nurture and close deals in the pipeline.
  • Ensure data integrity in Salesforce and other business systems. 
  • Respond to ad hoc support requests from the sales team and serve as a point of contact on escalations.
  • Drive behavior change and increase enablement and performance within our Sales     organization.
  • Identify opportunities for sales process optimization, process redesign and development of new processes and policies to increase sales efficiency.
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository by organizing and optimizing content and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.

What You Need:

  • Working towards a Bachelors degree in Business, Sales etc. or a similar field
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Excellent liaison and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent personal motivation with a proven ability to build and work collaboratively in a strong team concept environment, and independently.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, unpredictable environment.
  • Motivated to learn and constantly improve processes or tools.
  • High adaptability and flexibility, including the ability to manage urgent requests with correct prioritization and accuracy.

Bonus Points:

  • Salesforce exposure is a plus
  • Any prior sales or sales support experience
