At Bandwidth, we are seeking a technical recruiter who has a proven track record for placing tech talent into open-source software positions. Working with department heads you’ll source, screen, and select high-performance candidates across our technical spectrum, from developers to SRE’s and network engineers.
Ideally, you’ll have 3-5 years of experience made up of agency or in-house recruitment with a strong focus on technical sourcing, screening, and recruiting of candidates to ensure that each candidate is not just a technical fit but also culturally. You’ll partner with hiring managers, Business partners, and the wider talent team to ensure every candidate has a smooth experience whilst interviewing with us.
What You’ll Do
Source, screen, conduct interviews with prospective candidates and a creative approach to new sourcing strategies
Use ATS systems to progress and track applications and status
Ensure effective communication occurs across the hiring team
Manage candidate pipelines across your openings
Ensure every interaction with candidates is handled professionally, kindly, and in a timely manner.
Develop and provide reporting to the head of TA on recruiting activity, always asking how we can be better
What You’ll Need
3-5 years of experience in a technical recruiting role
Proven ability to source at scale technical teams whilst keeping high standards of candidate engagement
Proven ability to fill roles in multiple locations around the globe
Working experience with ATS systems, Lever/Greenhouse preferred
Outstanding communication skills ensuring both written and verbal skills are of the highest order
Proven ability to collaborate with hiring managers ensuring an effective experience for hiring managers and candidates
