What We Are Looking For:

Bandwidth is seeking a service-orientated Zendesk Analyst eager to roll up their sleeves and support our continued success.  We offer a dynamic and challenging environment in which you will apply your detail-oriented technical and service skills, aiding the continued growth and adoption of our Zendesk platform in support of the assigned goals of the company.

What You’ll Do:

  • Front line support for agents in Zendesk Support, Guide, and Explore
  • Customizing fields, flows, and ticket routing
  • Tailoring the user experience by team to optimize workflows and end-customer interactions
  • Documenting customizations and processes
  • Working with internal customers and peers to understand problems and suggest solutions
  • Supporting audit requests as needed

What You Need:

  • 1-3 years System Analyst experience
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, non-verbal & written)
  • Ability to work with technical and non-technical teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Acute attention to detail
  • Ability to break down complex problems into manageable objectives and deliverables
  • Self-motivated and with the ability to work independently and in team environments

Bonus Points:

  • 1-3 years Zendesk experience
  • Degree in Information Systems/Information Technology or related field
  • Experience with Zendesk or other similar ticketing systems
