9-1-1 Number Provisioning

9-1-1 Number Provisioning is the process that allows customers to enter the telephone numbers of their end-user’s and the associated addresses into the 9-1-1 Dashboard. At the conclusion of the 9-1-1 Number Provisioning process, the telephone number is ready to call 9-1-1. In the cases of E9-1-1, the address entered will be displayed at the answering PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point).

How Bandwidth is Involved with 9-1-1 Number Provisioning

Bandwidth has two redundant SBCs in which to send 9-1-1 calls. Routing should be set up as primary/secondary or round-robin.
