What's happening?
Effective December 1, 2025, Digicel Caribbean, Docomo Pacific, GTA Teleguam, and IT&E (PTI Pacifica) are increasing their surcharges for Outbound SMS.
What do I need to know?
The updated surcharges are as follows:

What do I need to do?
No action is needed. These charges will be automatically added to your bill effective December 1. You can find a full list of the carrier surcharges Bandwidth passes through to you in this support article.
