Two new campaign vetting rejection reasons, April 2025

Updated over 3 weeks ago

What's happening?

Effective April 25, 2025, our 10DLC campaign registration rejection reasons include two new error codes. This is being done to provide clearer, more detailed reasons why a campaign may be rejected and help cut down on unclear rejections.

What do I need to know?

The two new error codes are:

  • 506 - Unable to translate; for proper review, the campaign must be in English.

  • 803 - Add a checkbox at Call to Action to avoid a forced opt-in consent.

For the list of the current DCA2 vetting rejection reasons, check out Vetting Rejection Reasons - DCA2.
