Changes to API ingress for dashboard.bandwidth.com

What's happening?

Beginning September 1, 2025, we’re consolidating our API ingress points. Going forward, both dashboard.bandwidth.com and api.bandwidth.com will be served via uniform infrastructure.

What do I need to know?

We’re deprecating dashboard.bandwidth.com and test.dashboard.bandwidth.com in favor of api.bandwidth.com and test.api.bandwidth.com, as well as introducing an officially supported set of IPs that may be used for customer-side IP whitelisting. The legacy names will continue to be supported in perpetuity.

What do I need to do?

If you consume APIs from dashboard.bandwidth.com or test.dashboard.bandwidth.com, we recommend, but don’t require, pointing your traffic at the updated ingress points:

  • dashboard.bandwidth.com -> api.bandwidth.com

  • test.dashboard.bandwidth.com -> test.api.bandwidth.com

If you use an IP whitelist for dashboard.bandwidth.com or test.dashboard.bandwidth.com, please update it to include the following IPs:
