LATA 638 (Bismarck, ND) currently has multiple on-net (tier 0) rate centers that will be moving to off-net (tier 3) in the second quarter, beginning in May. Any telephone numbers (TNs) that Bandwidth customers have in the affected rate centers below will be moved to off-net pricing once the migration happens.

The rate centers that will be changing from on-net to off-net are:
