Can a single account be used for all three types (i.e. Seats, Cloud and Premise)?

Currently we do not support a single account for all three types . A separate parent account is required for each type. For example, a reseller offering all three types will have three different accounts to manage and administer. However, a single login can be used to select and manage the accounts and details within.
