Are delivery receipts available for international destinations?

Delivery receipts aren't guaranteed even when they're requested from destination operators. If Bandwidth receives an Intermediate DLR for global two-way SMS routes, we'll return that delivery receipt to you. Intermediate DLRs indicate a successful hand-off to the downstream operator network, but does not indicate a handset level delivery receipt.
