Messaging Capacity is a Bandwidth Insights feature that allows you to monitor peak capacity for your SMS, MMS, and RCS messages.
Peak capacity is calculated by measuring the peak message segments per second count in a given minute. Exceeding the rate limit on your account doesn't necessarily mean messages will be blocked, but you may queue them if this takes place.
Viewing capacity
Log in to the Bandwidth App.
In the side navigation bar, select Insights and click Messaging.
Note: If you don't have access to the Messaging tab, please contact your Account Admin to enable the Messaging Insights role associated with your user on your account.
Select Capacity.
Adjust your filters as needed, and click Apply Filter.
