How do I add an email notification for a single order?

The Notifications feature helps you receive e-mail notifications on any notes or changes made to your orders. This article describes how you can add notifications on a per-order basis. If you want to add them for all orders of a particular type, please follow these steps instead.

To add a notification for a single order:

  1. Log in to the Bandwidth App.

  2. In the side navigation bar, select Orders and click on the order you want to add a notification for.

  3. In the Notification section on the right side of the screen, enter your email address and select the frequency:

    • Instantly: You'll receive an email within a few minutes of a change made to your order.

    • Daily: You'll receive a daily report of all activity on an order.

  4. Click Add Notification.

    Note: To unsubscribe from a particular notification, check the box next to it and click Delete.
