While submitting a port-in order, you may attach a Letter of Authorization (LOA), Invoice, Customer Service Record (CSR), and other supplemental documentation. This is optional for on-net ports, however an LOA is still required for toll-free and Canadian ports.
Note: Maximum file size: 3MB. Supported file formats: CSV, DOC, DOCX, JPG, JPEG, PDF, TIFF, WAV, XLS, XLSX.
Attaching documents during submission
Log in to the Bandwidth App.
Follow the port-in order steps. Once you get to the Documents & Supplemental Information section, provide an optional Customer Order ID that you can later use for personal reference.
Drag and drop the file into the Files field or click Browse to find and upload it from your computer.
Select the Document name and Document type.
Select Add Another File if you want to attach another document. Otherwise, click Continue.
Attaching documents after submission
Log in to the Bandwidth App.
In the side navigation bar, click Orders and select the Order ID of the order you'd like to attach the documents to. This will take you to the Port-In Order Details page.
On the Port-In Order Details page, scroll down to the Documents section.
Drag and drop the file into the Files field or click Browse to find and upload it from your computer.
Select the Document name and Document type, and click Add Document.
