How do I submit a project port?

Once you’ve reviewed our project porting guidelines to confirm that your port qualifies as a project and completed your project port spreadsheet, perform the following steps:

  1. Select Support on the right-hand side of the Bandwidth App or click the chat bubble in the lower-right corner of the Bandwidth Help Center.

  2. Click Ask a question and inform Synthi that you need to submit a project port. If you wish to also transfer your messaging services to Bandwidth with this port request, please state so.

  3. Click the paperclip icon at the bottom of the chat window and attach your completed project port spreadsheet.

  4. Synthi may ask one or two follow-up questions to ensure we have everything we need from you, and then create a ticket to track your request.
