Once you’ve reviewed our project porting guidelines to confirm that your port qualifies as a project, and completed your project port spreadsheet, perform the following steps:
Log into the Bandwidth Support Center.
You'll find Synthi In the tab labeled "chat" on the right-hand side of the Bandwidth App or the chat bubble in the lower-right corner of our Help Center.
Simply inform Synthi that you wish to submit a Project Port and attach your completed project port spreadsheet
To attach the project port spreadsheet, click the paperclip icon in the bottom left of the chat and select the file you'd like to upload.
Please also specify if you wish to transfer messaging services to Bandwidth with this port request.
Synthi should create a support ticket for tracking, but may have one or two follow up questions to ensure we have everything we need from you.
