Possible rejections

Most of the porting rejections are based on incorrect documentation. Carriers in Turkey are very strict and want assurance that the port is requested by the end user mentioned in the request.

To avoid rejections:

  • Provide correct end users that are registered with the losing carrier.

  • Provide the correct numbers mentioned on the LOA as per the configuration provided by the losing carrier.

  • Obtain agreement of number release with the current carrier.

  • Obtain valid documentation from the end user.
