IOVOX is not a registered provider that has portability authorization. We can port with ISPs that have portability authorization and number ownership.

Documentation required by Bandwidth

  • Letter of Authorization (LOA) (both the Voxbone (is now Bandwidth) LOA and Intelligent Solutions LOA are required).

  • The last invoice of the numbers that are requested to be ported.

    • The last two bills issued by the provider that list all numbers to port – this invoice will usually show the PAC code for each individual number.

  • Copy of the photo ID of the end user (residential port) or legal representative (business port).

  • If it’s a business:

    • A copy of the "Certificate of Incorporation"

    • A copy of the "Certificate of Directors and Secretary of the Company"

The PAC codes are needed for all porting.
