How do I pay my Bandwidth invoice?

Invoice Types

You may receive one of two invoices - one branded with a Bandwidth logo, and the other branded with a Voxbone by Bandwidth logo. Depending on the invoice you receive, please refer to the below payment options currently available for your invoice type.

Bandwidth Invoice

If you have a Bandwidth branded invoice, please reference the payment options below.

ACH / Wire Transfer

To make a one-time ACH payment or wire transfer, you'll need to initiate it through your bank. When doing so, please use the information below and include the invoice number you're paying.

Bandwidth initiated payments

Bandwidth initiated payments are drafted from your bank account within 1 business day of the due date of your invoice. This is the easiest way to pay your bill and ensure you never miss a payment:

  1. Click Bank Account and select Bandwidth Initiated.

  2. Complete all of the fields and click Submit.

Note:

  • Bandwidth initiated bank payments are only offered on a recurring basis. One-time payments are not currently supported.

  • Newly enrolled accounts may take up to 10 business days to process. If you have any invoice due within 10 days of enrollment please make a one-time payment with an alternate method to avoid any late fees or service disruptions.

  • This service is only available for Bandwidth Inc. branded invoices in USD. Services provided by Voxbone SA, UK Bandwidth Limited, Bandwidth Communications Canada, Inc., and/or transactions not USD denominated are not currently eligible for this service.

Credit card

To make a one-time or set up a recurring payment via credit card:

  1. Select Credit Card.

  2. Complete all of the fields (to set up a recurring payment, select Yes in the Recurring? drop-down menu) and click Submit.

Note:

  • All credit card payments are subject to a 2.95% convenience fee. If you wish to avoid this fee, you may pay via ACH.

  • Setting up or changing a credit card for recurring payments requires a $1 charge, which will be applied as a credit on your next invoice.

  • For the security of your personal and credit card information, Bandwidth doesn't accept credit card payments over the phone or via email.

Late fees

Failure to make a payment within your contracted Net Terms will result in an assessed late fee pursuant to your Bandwidth Master Services Agreement. Please refer to your invoice to identify your invoice due date.
