Note: This guide is for Enterprise Customers that obtained Spain Services for their own, direct use, and are not further assigning these services to other parties.
In order to use Spain services and be assigned Spain numbers for your own use, you will need to comply with local address requirements (LAR) and provide documents attesting to the existence and location of your business in accordance with local regulations in Spain.
Who Needs to be Identified?
Your business, as the final user of the telephony service and the party responsible for making and receiving phone calls, is obligated to identify itself by providing documentation as requested by the local regulator.
What End-User Information Needs to be Provided for LAR Verification?

What Happens Afterwards?
Once you have collected the necessary end-user information, you will need to submit it to us. Here is a guide on how to submit these details.
Our team will review and verify all addresses and documents uploaded, and either accept or reject them.
If accepted, your address will be cleared for linking and unblocking of numbers.
If rejected, the address and documentation will be returned to you for correction.
Keeping Records Up-to-date
It is your obligation to keep end-user information and addresses accurate for Spain services at all times. We audit these records regularly to ensure they remain relevant and accurate.
Any misuse of numbers, or cases where details are found to be inaccurate, may result in your numbers being disconnected or your purchasing abilities being revoked in Spain.
