What's happening?

Effective September 22, 2025, Bandwidth is introducing the following new 10DLC vetting rejection codes:

The instructions provided for a customer to give SMS opt-in are not sufficient.

Invalid Call to Action

The verbal opt-in script does not contain a valid privacy policy disclaimer or link to a valid privacy policy webpage.
