What's happening?
Effective September 22, 2025, Bandwidth is introducing the following new 10DLC vetting rejection codes:
Category | Rejection Description | Rejection Code |
Invalid Call to Action | The instructions provided for a customer to give SMS opt-in are not sufficient. | 2132 |
Invalid Call to Action | The verbal opt-in script does not contain a valid privacy policy disclaimer or link to a valid privacy policy webpage. | 7107 |
