Two new campaign vetting rejection reasons

Updated over 2 weeks ago

What's happening?

Effective immediately, our 10DLC aggregator, DCA2, has updated 10DLC campaign registration rejection reasons to include two new error codes. This is being done to provide clearer, more detailed reasons why a campaign may be rejected and help cut down on unclear rejections.

What do I need to know?

The two new error codes are:

  • 506 - Unable to translate; for proper review, the campaign must be in English.

  • 803 - Add a checkbox at Call to Action to avoid a forced opt-in consent.

For the list of the current DCA2 vetting rejection reasons, check out Vetting Rejection Reasons - DCA2.
