Verizon has announced that as of September 1, 2020, all outbound toll-free SMS messages sent to their network will begin incurring a surcharge of $0.0025. These surcharges will appear on your Bandwidth invoice.

You’ll see the surcharges from 9/1-9/30 on your November 1st invoice.
