Step 1

Enterprise

Bandwidth

  • Sign the proof of concept agreement

  • Review Bandwidth documentation

  • Inform Five9 of the intention to use Bandwidth for BYOC/SIP Trunk

  • Account build

    • Configure enterprise account

    • Configure inbound/outbound trunks

    • Provide enterprise with new telephone numbers

  • Complete the Five9 workbook

  • Bandwidth App overview

  • TAC visibility for trunk testing

Step 2

Five 9s

Bandwidth

  • Setup configuration

    • Build trunks to Bandwidth licenses

    • Create a domain that references Bandwidth trunks

    • Add test numbers to the campaign and set it to Run

    • Optional: Enable International Calling

  • Complete the Five9 carrier interop test

    • Validate inbound/outbound calling

    • Validate all SBCs for failover

    • Document test calls

  • Carrier interop testing

    • Work with Five9 to test inbound/outbound calling

    • Validate SBCs for failover testing

    • Document test calls

  • Customer notification

    • Inform customer of Five9 interop testing success
