The Bandwidth Status Page provides live network status and allows you to subscribe to receive updates via Email, SMS, WebHook, Atom feed, or RSS feed.

Current known issues

Toll-Free Verification

  • Issue: Toll-Free Number Verifications do not complete as expected when requested after successful provisioning in the Bandwidth App. Specifically, when the verification request is made in rapid succession of provisioning.

  • Workaround: Provide additional wait time between the provisioning and verification requests.

  • Note: Bandwidth teams remain actively engaged with this off-network industry provider to bring about resolutions. While also working to modify our own systems to accommodate the vendor's impairment, reducing customer impact.

Unregistered Traffic Error Code

  • Issue: Unregistered messaging traffic is being blocked with error codes (4)750 or (4)752 rather than the expected (4)476 or (4)773 codes.

  • Workaround: A temporary change has been implemented to return (4)774 rather than (4)752. When researching any messaging failures, ensure the traffic is on a registered, active 10DLC campaign and the content is compliant.

  • Note: This issue is a result of an industry provider's network condition. Bandwidth teams provided a temporary solution for the majority of error codes.
