Call Ladders and PCAPs allow you to access detailed call diagrams and download packet captures, making it easier to analyze call flows and diagnose network or signaling issues.
Call Logs and Call Search API allow you to access information about your recent calls for up to 30 days. You can retrieve call detail records to monitor and investigate individual calls. Call Logs are accessible in the Bandwidth App. Call Search API allows programmatic access to call details.
Call Summaries and Connections Monitoring provide aggregate historical data on call count, minutes, and duration, along with completed and failed call information necessary to monitor your voice services’ overall health.

Debugging Voice API Logs (coming soon) provide detailed insights into API requests and responses for a given call, helping you identify issues, track behavior, and optimize performance.
Voice Error Alerts allow you to proactively monitor total errors, error reasons, or specific errors associated with your voice services. The expanded error monitoring alongside these alerts allows you to track trends and set baseline thresholds.
Voice Quality Metrics allow you to access jitter, latency, and packet loss % metrics for calls in the Call Logs.
Messaging Insights
Messaging Error Alerts are configurable alerts that allow you to monitor errors associated with your messaging services.
Messaging Health Monitoring shows carrier rejections for spam and opt-outs, Bandwidth rejections for spam, and total rejections for unregistered traffic from the last 30 days, providing an overall health analysis of your messaging traffic.
Messaging Health Status Alerts are configurable alerts in the Bandwidth App to proactively monitor when Messaging Health metrics exceed set thresholds.
Messaging Latency Monitoring allows you to investigate queued messages and messages with high latency using advanced latency and queue depth monitoring metrics.
Message Logs and Message Search API allow you to access recent message details to monitor and investigate the delivery status of messages. Message Logs are accessible in the Bandwidth App. Message Search API allows programmatic access to message details.
Messaging Usage, Capacity, and Delivery pages provide monitoring access to aggregate message counts, delivery, and error trends. MPS throughput tracking, along with comprehensive filters, enables you to monitor and investigate the overall performance of your messaging services.
