What's happening?
Effective April 1, 2026, AT&T is making the following changes to their surcharge rates:
Introducing new inbound rates on Short Code SMS and MMS
Increasing outbound rates on Short Code SMS and MMS
Increasing inbound and outbound rates on 10DLC SMS and MMS
Increasing inbound and outbound rates on Toll-Free SMS and MMS
Note: There are no changes to RCS for Business rates at this time.
What do I need to know?
The updated rates are shown in the table below. All rates are in USD.

What do I need to do?
No action is needed. These surcharges will be automatically applied to your Bandwidth invoice starting April 1, 2026. For more information on carrier surcharges, please see our support article.
