How do I find orders in the Bandwidth App?

You can search for orders in the Bandwidth App using the following options:

Orders tab

  1. In the upper-left corner of the Bandwidth App, click the magnifying glass icon.

  2. In the Order type drop-down menu, select your order type.

  3. Complete any additional fields, as needed, and click Search.

Orders page

  1. In the side navigation bar of the Bandwidth App, click Orders.

  2. Scroll down to the applicable section and click the order ID of your order.

Search Orders page

  1. In the side navigation bar of the Bandwidth App, click Orders.

  2. At the top of the Orders page, click the Search Orders page link.

  3. In the Order type drop-down menu, select your order type.

  4. Complete any additional fields, as needed, and click Search.
