If you're managing your short code lease through Bandwidth, you can set it to be renewed automatically so you never have to worry about it expiring. We offer three lease term options: 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months.
Log in to the Bandwidth App and locate your short code.
Under Lease Notification Contact, provide your email address. We'll send you an email ahead of your lease renewal and again after it renews.
Under Lease Term, select your preferred lease term.
Click Save.
If you don't want to enable auto-renewal, we'll send you frequent renewal reminders ahead of your lease expiration to help ensure it doesn't expire accidentally. If you no longer want the short code, please contact the Bandwidth Support Team.
