To ensure greater accountability and message legitimacy, all Toll‑Free Verification requests submitted through Bandwidth must include the following Business Registration Number (BRN) information:
Message Sender Entity Type: Type of business (e.g., Sole Proprietor)
Message Sender Business Registration Type: Type of BRN the message sender will use (e.g., EIN)
Business Registration Issuing Country: The ISO 3166-1 Alpha-2 (e.g., US) or Alpha-3 (e.g., USA) country code*
Business Registration Number: Valid BRN, as issued by the Business Registration Issuing Country

Important: The BRN must match the legal entity name. If the BRN isn’t provided or can’t be validated, your submission will be rejected with an error code 1112. To appeal, you must provide a copy of the EIN Confirmation Letter (CP 575), the EIN Verification Letter (147C), or the government-issued documentation of the respective BRN type.
