You can use the Bandwidth App to pull useful reports about your voice, messaging, or number charges:
Log in to the Bandwidth App.
In the side navigation bar, select Insights > Reports > Charges.
Select the Type and Report Name of the report you want to download, and complete additional fields, if applicable (see the table below for more information).
Use the Advanced Filters drop-down to add any additional filters (optional).
Click Download Report.
Note: Due to privacy and data regulations, some report data may be anonymized or not available. You may also be required to select a region for reports (US: North America, EU: Europe, or All).

Messaging | This report provides a detailed view of billable MMS messages, SMS message segments, and any relevant surcharges associated with your account. The current month, along with the prior 12 months, is available for download. The current service month’s records should not be used for reconciliation, as the rate and charges are considered estimates until finalized at the end of the service period. Additionally, any discounting you may have will not be reflected in the rate you see in the billing detail records. If you are downloading data from today, it could be delayed by a few hours. | |
Messaging | Short Code MRC Records | This report provides details of short code MRC (monthly recurring charges) records for an account and a short code. |
Messaging | Short Code NRC Records | This report provides details of short code NRC (non-recurring charges) records for an account and short code. |
Voice | Peak Capacity Report | This is a report for justifying the customer's peak capacity charge for a given date. The current month, along with the prior 12 months, is available for download. There are no limitations regarding data availability (i.e., data arriving late). |
Voice | Voice Billing Detail Records (BDRs) provide a detailed view of rated calls, inbound and outbound voice usage, along with supporting call characteristics used to rate a call. The current month, along with the prior 12 months, is available for download. The current service month's records should not be used for reconciliation, as the rate and charges are considered estimates until finalized at the end of the service period. Additionally, any discounting you may have will not be reflected in the rate you see in the billing detail records. | |
