Swati is a distinguished senior product leader renowned for delivering transformative consumer and enterprise mobile and web applications. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Product Management at Salesforce, she leads digital channels portfolio and omni-channel channel engagement for Contact Centers & Customer Engagement Centers. Swati is a recognized expert in the messaging and CPaaS space and plays a pivotal role in defining the vision for conversational messaging at Salesforce, and fostering strategic partnerships with ecosystem partners like Meta, Apple, Google and SMS aggregators.
Swati previously served as a product leader at Verizon, defining product strategy for Verizon Message+ and media products like Go90. Prior to that, Swati was a product leader at Apple in the mobile adtech space, leading campaign management and adserver technology for iAd Workbench Platform and contributing to the launch of new ad formats. Her entrepreneurial journey includes roles in start-ups such as Adchemy (Walmart), Risk Management Solutions and Art.com (Walmart).
