Michelle’s journey started as a software developer, where she learned firsthand the power of crafting solutions that truly meet people’s needs. That passion ignited a career dedicated to building exceptional customer experiences. This commitment has not only earned Bandwidth consistently high customer satisfaction ratings, but also led to her team winning two prestigious Stevie Awards in 2024, for Customer Service Innovation and Customer Service Team of the Year. Because she leads with a developer’s precision and a people-centric philosophy, her influence extends beyond customer service. It was a key component in successfully integrating Bandwidth’s acquisition of Voxbone, driving organizational and structural transformation that elevated the company into a global leader in cloud communications.
Her previous experience includes a mix of pre-IPO and public companies–including American Tower, Geomagic, Motricity, GMA Healthcare and Freddie Mac–across a number of categories, including software, mobile telecom, healthcare, financial services and digital advertising. Michelle has a B.S. in Technology Management from the University of Maryland and holds certifications in both change management and executive coaching.
