As a customer-first company, we pride ourselves on doing everything we can to help our customers succeed. That’s why we’re excited to be ringing in the new year with a complete overhaul of the Bandwidth Support Center!
So what’s new?
We’ve spent last year identifying trends in user feedback and making improvements to our support portal’s design, content, and organization based on what’s most important to our users.
A complete design overhaul
The first thing you’ll notice when going to the Bandwidth Support Center is the new look and feel. It’s been updated to match our brand and reflect our customer support’s five-star experience.
We have also made major improvements to the user interface. Our Customer Support Center is now responsive so you can easily read articles on any device including mobile; navigation has been improved to help you get where you need to go; and articles show you related items to help you find what you need.
Open access to support articles
That’s right—no more pesky login to access content. With the new Bandwidth Support Center, you can search and browse our help articles without needing to login. Articles will also show up in search engine results so that the next time you search for something like “Bandwidth 911 Implementation guide” on Google, you’ll see a link to relevant support center articles.
Major content improvements
We have revamped our help articles and knowledge base. Articles now include relevant videos, developer documentation, and more. We’ve categorized and tagged them to make it easier to search for the information you need.
New user feedback system
We’re especially excited about the addition of our new user feedback system. Check out the tab on the side of the page that says “Feedback”. This lets you send feedback to our team in a variety of different ways including sending website feedback and creating support tickets.
We have a lot of exciting things in the works—especially around how we support our customers and help make them successful. Moving forward we will be using your feedback to direct further improvements to the Bandwidth Support Center. Just look for the “Feedback” tool on the right side of the page to let us know what you think!
