Talk to an ExpertWhen sending group messages, there’s a maximum of 10 participants in a Group. There is no limit to the amount of recipients for Incoming Group Messages.
You’re charged for each message sent, so if your group message sends to 10 recipients, you’ll be charged for 10 messages.

No, the Group Messaging API is able to send to multiple users by sending an MMS. SMS is not accessible via group message.
No, group messaging is only available on local MMS at this time.
