Voice Configuration Packages for U.P. accounts

Effective January 31, 2025, we now offer Voice Configuration Packages (VCPs) for U.P. accounts. To help you manage the complex regulatory requirements of voice services globally, VCPs allow you to define and manage voice origination (inbound) settings and routing functionality for groups of phone numbers without regard for geographical constraints or the Location where those numbers are stored on your account. 

As part of this effort, and to provide a scalable solution for the expanded scope of regulatory requirements for global voice services, we’ve moved the Inbound and Routing configuration settings from Locations to VCPs.
