Devesh Agarwal
Devesh is leading Bandwidth’s transformation into a software-led company powering mission-critical cloud communications for Global 2000 enterprises and global carriers. With over 30 years of experience in communications and mobility, including over 25 patents, Devesh is a technology visionary with significant sales, go-to-market, customer co-creation, and P&L leadership experience at fast-growing SaaS companies.
He joined Bandwidth in July 2022 as Chief Software Strategy Officer, where he led the design and development of Bandwidth’s next-generation global Universal Platform and accelerated delivery of key innovations including the award-winning Bandwidth MaestroTM platform. Devesh also served as Bandwidth’s interim COO from July 2024 until his appointment to COO on Jan. 1, 2025.
Previously, Devesh held a number of executive positions in software development, product management, and customer development. As head of software and product at a Francisco Partners portfolio company, he led the evolution from 4G to 5G and modernized the product line to cloud-native, resulting in year-over-year growth acceleration. At Oracle Communication, roles included head of software and product leading a team of over 1100 software developers that built the company’s first 5G products, which became the industry standard for Tier 1 providers around the world.
Devesh has a degree in Computer Science and Engineering from KNIT, India, and he has taken executive education programs at the Columbia University Business School, IESE Business School Barcelona, and the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
