State of Messaging 2026

Upgrade your RCS & SMS playbook with Bandwidth & Quiq

February 19th @ 2pm EST

RCS for Business is shaking up the messaging world with rich, app-like experiences delivered straight into the native inbox. But let’s be honest—the path from SMS to RCS can feel like a black box.

In this webinar, Bandwidth and customer partner Quiq cut through the noise with a look at what RCS is actually accomplishing for customers and consumers in the wild. You’ll see the real business impact and hear the lessons learned from launching an RCS agent with US carriers. We’ll dig into how RCS unlocks new use cases through a host of new engagement features—and why deep SMS experience gives you a serious advantage as next‑gen messaging takes off.
Takeaways:
  • Concrete examples of where RCS delivers real value—rich media, analytics, engagement—and where SMS still wins for reach and fallback.
  • High‑impact use cases showing what RCS can do today and what to look forward to as it evolves.
  • Lessons learned from RCS launches, and what to expect from your messaging partner.
